Magpas:
Objective - Magpas were looking to be trained into the basics of social media so that they can use it more effectively
Background - Magpas are an emergency medical charity and want to be able to engage with more people to gain support
Approach - Our approach was to train them in the basic's of social media,such as Twitter and Facebook. They learnt many skills and were very pleased with the results
Results: - Magpas are tweeting and updating everday and creating their own schedule of updates to save valuable time.
